Well they've done it again done what watch and see it's pretty stinking amazing. That's right. Today we're talking about the new report sizes on your HubSpot dashboards. Now, what is it your HubSpot dashboard layouts are now even more customizable giving you the flexibility to put all your most important data front and center or to the left or to the right. See what I did there. Anyway, let's move on your HubSpot dashboards now support a full screen view so that your data is easily viewable and becomes the star of the show. Whether you're presenting via screen share or a television set or anywhere else to be honest, it just goes full screen. So why does this update to your HubSpot dashboards matter? With new report sizes, a six column grid and full size view you can now create ensure more data dense view of your dashboard and the metrics that matter to the people that matter. Customize your dashboard. asked to help your team easily relate reports to one another access data that tells a story and find insights faster because we all need to find those insights faster. So how does it work? Well, let's dive into your portal and take a look. So as you can see, I am on a dashboard. And just like before, if you would hover over your reports, you still get this little dotted area that you can drag your reports around. That's not new. But what happens when you do drag it around is new. So before you used to be able to split this in about two in about half just like this, but notice when I'm dragging it, it actually has a six column layout now. So we've got 123456 columns, you can see when I'm kind of scrolling through that, and what I want to be able to do is have this right here, problems that we solve, which is a ongoing poll slash survey we do with different sprocket talk folks as they sign up and then I want to take some of these different kind of reports. that I have and condense them down so I can take learning style and I can bring it up here and I can resize it into one of these smaller blocks if I want to. And I can take the HubSpot hubs and what I'll do is I'll resize it down here and I'll go ahead and drag it up here to this section and I'll grab agency vs user split metrics that we have and again I'm just kind of making these smaller so that I can have them fit in this one column at the top and be able to see this information not why would I want there to be this information over to the side because it's kind of hard to read right here. Right? Well, this leads me to another way that your dashboard is amazing and new and that is under the Actions tab here there is full screen view whoa, wait, what just happened? And I know what you're thinking, hey, George, you trying to break the internet and stuff like what just happened on your video? Well, I went to full screen and of course when you're recording an area and you go full screen. Well, it's only gonna record that little area. But don't worry, Jimmy, I went ahead and took a picture of what it looks like on my computer full screen, although it'll be different on your computer because you're not working at my computer. So now that we're back, let's go ahead and talk about one last little piece that is amazing about your dashboards. I mean, we've already got a six column layout, we've got that we can view it full screen, and we have the fact that under actions, there is another new button, which is activity log. Therefore, you can see the activity that happens around your dashboard and who is editing your dashboard. So before and let's be honest, used to always worry about who might mess up your dashboards. So you set it to view only. Well, now you can see the activity and who did set activity or who jacked up your dashboard. I love this feature. But I have to be honest with you, I wish there was a revisions element to it. So if we needed to go back to a dashboard previous we could easily do that. And maybe that'll happen. In the future, right HubSpot, so you might be wondering who is this dope dashboard update for? Well, flexible dashboards and full screen view are now available to all that probably means you said it's all HubSpot customers. Hey, let us know what you think of this new feature. How will your team use it moving forward and of course, remember to be a happy, helpful, humble human. And of course, do some happy hub spotting along the way, and we'll see you in the next video.
