You use chatflows to give your customers fast responses to contextual questions at any time or day of the week. That means for some of you, the chatflows you build out gain complexity over time as you add in additional if/then branching to assist your customers get what they need.
The design you’ve been using up until now made it difficult to understand where you were when editing complex chatflows, and didn’t have a simple way of visualizing the linear paths that you were creating for customers. With today’s update, you get an easier way for you to create, navigate, and understand your growing chatflows with a single page chatflow builder.
With the new design, you can toggle between different paths based on if/then responses. That means you can:
See an entire chatflow path in one view
Easily navigate to other actions within your chatflows
